Building Quality Commercial Spaces for KC Metro
Almost 2 decades ago Tom Baugh and Sarah Theiss built a business with a proven step-by-step process to ensure clear communication and expert management from initial consultation to final completion on every commercial build. Tom and Sarah have moved-on from the business but not without leaving all of our customers in the good hands of Terry Winter and his sons. The legacy business that Tom and Sarah built has been extended to another legacy building family. I’m sure you will find them to be straight forward and fair as we have been. Our construction T-Shirts read Responsible, Reasonable, Reliable, that’s what we put on our backs every day so that our customer’s knew how we would be operating our business.
Tom has retired from day-to-day construction but continued to enjoy misc. projects and plenty of travel and fishing with friends.
Sarah had the business entrepreneur in her start up another successful business. This good wholesome family activity center promises to be ” Your family’s favorite destination for seasonal fun, fresh air, and unforgettable farm adventures”. LONE JACK ACRES will be occupying Sarah’s time while she grows her family in our growing community.
